Bishop Z. Rinaldi, M.Div. is the founder and pastor of The Flava Ministry Inc. (First Love Alive Victory Army) and founder/director of the Faith School of Theology, in Richmond, Virginia
 
A trained counselor, teacher, and theologian, Bishop Z earned his Master Degree in Theology from Virginia Union University, and is currently working towards his doctorate.  
 
A dedicated educator, Bishop Z teaches History, English, and Government in the Exceptional Education department at the high school level for the Richmond Public School System, and mentors at-risk youth and families through his various ministry initiatives and community activities.  He is also a chaplain for the Richmond Police Department and an instructor for their Chaplains Academy.  As the Bishop of the Virginia Diocese for the Churches of Worship, Inc. he also chairs the education and ministry protocol for member affiliates.
 
Using his unique blend of humor, spiritual anointing and motivational gifts, Bishop Z has appeared as a keynote speaker for commencements and convocations, at schools and colleges, and for various community and business events.  He's also a popular facilitator for retreats and seminars.
 
With a true heart for God and the wholistic vision of salvation for all people, Bishop Z is especially delighted to speak at churches of varied affiliations and denominations, sharing the Word of God to encourage others to step into the wonderful plans God has for each of us.
