Bishop Z is the founder and pastor of the First Love Alive Victory Army Ministry (FLAVA) and the Faith Christian College, here in Richmond, Virginia.
Along with his wife, First Lady Dee, Bishop Z is committed to uplifting our families, our communities, and our lives - for Christ!
Elder Florence Johnson, Church Administrator,heads the IWF Fellowship (Irresistible Women of FLAVA) and FLAVA's Music Ministry.
An author, singer and songwriter, Elder Johnson

Deacon Lewis Russ heads our men's fellowship
