Meet Our Pastor & First Lady:
Bishop Z. Rinaldi III, M.Div. is the founder and pastor of the First Love Alive Victory Army (FLAVA) Ministry Inc., and director of the Faith Christian School in Richmond, Virginia.
With his lovely wife, First Lady Doreena Lynn, Bishop Z offers biblical and practical teaching for the mind, body and spirit.
Bishop Z and First Lady D have dedicated hearts for God and the sincere desire to see our communities wholistically healed. Together, they offer sound, bible-based doctrine, guidance and practical wisdom to improve the quality of our lives: spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Bishop Z is a trained family counselor. He earned his Master Degree in Theology from Virginia Union University and is working towards his doctorate.
Using costumes, interactive exercises and other unique methods to engage his students, Bishop Z teaches History and English in the exceptional education department at the high school level for the Richmond Public School System.
He mentors at-risk youth and families through his ministry and community initiatives, and
is the manager and director of BnDC (Blessed n Da City) the parent organization for FLAVA's contemporary Youth Gospel rappers, singers and performers.

Bishop Z has worked as chaplain for the Richmond Police Department and instructor for the RPD Chaplains Academy. As the Presiding National Elder for the Churches of Worship, Inc., where he received his ordination, he chairs education and ministry protocol for member affiliates.
A popular motivational speaker, Bishop Z shares his testimony to encourage others to change their lives and step into the wonderful plans God has for each of us.

As a young man involved with drugs and the street life, Bishop Z was shot at point blank range and pronounced dead-on-arrival. Through the power of God, he emerged from a comatose state a changed man, born again, full of joy and dedicated to witnessing for The Lord!
